Charitable & Educational Foundation
​Scholarship Program


The foundation awards scholarships annually based on the criteria below. Each scholarship is for $1,500 and disbursed by semester in the amount of $750 each semester. Recipients have the potential to receive a total of $6,000 in scholarship money toward their college education as long as they continue to meet eligibility requirements each semester.

The scholarship Application, a narrative written by the student addressing their education goals, and an official high school transcript (mailed by the Guidance Office) must be received by midnight on April 30th.

Selected applicants will be scheduled for an interview to be held in May & June. Interviews will be held at the Harford County Association of Realtors office in Bel Air. ​

Scholarship Criteria

  • Must be a graduate of a Harford County Maryland High School

  • Must attend a Maryland College or University

  • Applicants must plan to be a full time student (12+ credit hours per semester)

  • Must have a strong Financial Need

  • Possess a Cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.5 or higher

  • Strong Desire to further their education
